KPAC seeks to engage people who are who are socially excluded. The target groups can be further broken down into groups with specific needs including, disabled people, people with learning disabilities and carers as well as long term unemployed people and those will little or no qualifications.
KPAC embraces equality of opportunity and actively encourages its target groups to participate by addressing their needs and removing barriers. We recognise that it is necessary to take positive steps to ensure that all members of the community have access to the service.
