Tonight at KPAC we did Art Therapy.

Art therapy isn’t just about painting pretty pictures, and it’s not an art class— it’s about expressing what words sometimes can’t. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, grief, or simply need a space to breathe, art offers a gentle way to explore your emotions and reconnect with yourself.


People who took part said they went home feeling relaxed and chilled out. Some are going to carry on doing art therapy at home and we are all looking forward to the next art therapy session in a few weeks.
